Summary of the year so far: "Last year was out with the old. 2014 is in with the new. 

First, we hitched up one trouser leg and rode our fixies to a new home in Brick Lane . We welcomed new clients - Mondelez (snacks), Hammerson (shops), Sheridan (sheets), and Olay (shimmer). We delivered new work, campaigning for AXA, Dogs Trust, Sky and Nissan. We kept Starbucks customers hooked on their favourite fix, and rewarded chicken lovers with millions of 'chillies' on the new Nando's Card.

Using the latest BrandLIVE technology, we delivered Real Time Marketing and a global first for P&G.

All this was made possible with lots of new people. 12 new creative hires, plus new strength in data and planning. Not to mention a complete restructure of client services - with a new Deputy MD, Ops Director, Client Partner, and all new Business Directors.

Because despite all the new, one thing is constant. We're all about the people. As reflected in our new customer-centric proposition: We are People Powered."
