Half Term Reports 2014: Wunderman

Campaign asked the ad and media industry to rate and summarise their performance so far in 2014, ahead of our School Reports for 2015. Here's how Wunderman view the first six months of their year.

Summary of the year so far: "We started 2014 full of beans as day two we had our first kick-off meeting with our newest client; Virgin Media Business as their lead creative agency. 

February saw us getting stuck into The Sun+ Goals account after winning the business without a pitch, swiftly followed with us being awarded the CRM accounts for both The Times and The Sun. 

The new business machine didn’t stop there, winning six additional clients in four months; including United, Bridgestone, (plus four clients we need to keep under wraps) as well as picking-up additional projects for Shell, Nokia and Microsoft. 

The work highlights have been the launch of Shell Lubricant’s first ever global social campaign, starting a ‘Zingy’ style dance movement with EDF Energy at Brighton Pride. And more recently, asking footie fans to give us their #DTconfessions as we launched The Sun’s Fantasy Football – Dream Team. 

Our peers have also acknowledged our work, specifically at Cannes, Marketing Week, Marketing Society and our Nokia work keeps on giving with D&AD and Shorty Awards recognition. 

We’ve also found time to buy a technology agency; FusePump, as well as review our CSR approach, which has seen us start working with the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust."
