Haringtons hands PAA integrated brief

The hairdressing chain Haringtons has appointed Partners Andrews Aldridge to its £1 million integrated account.

PAA will create a campaign encompassing advertising, direct marketing and ambient media to promote the salon's creative reputation and support its expansion.

Haringtons is a chain of 11 salons in the UK, with its flagship outlet in Soho. It is undergoing an international expansion programme with six salons opening abroad under the guidance of Nigel Long, the former Euro RSCG London chief executive, who joined as an investor and consultant last year.

It is also hoping to build on its place as a finalist in the London Hairdresser and Men's Hairdresser categories at the British Hairdressing Awards in November.

Long said: "When the Haringtons team first met PAA, they were hugely impressed by the agency's sheer enthusiasm and the amount of ideas that it has for promoting the Haringtons business."
