Featuring in the world-famous Food Halls there will be a jelly model of the iconic Knightsbridge department store on show.
The jelly stall features a variety of quirky flavours, all available to take-away, including rose and pistachio ribband blancmange; marbled coral with Johnnie Walker Gold Reserve whisky and raspberry jelly cubes; Chartreuse and peach; yellowgage plums and Harrods Riesling; Champagne with summer fruits and a violet elderflower set with fresh blueberries.
Bruce Langlands, director of food & restaurants at Harrods, said: "We are so thrilled to be collaborating with Bompas & Parr on The Jelly Parlour of Wonders to celebrate their ninth birthday.
"Here at Harrods we are always on the look-out for the newest trends and innovations in food and Bompas & Parr represent just that to ensure that we are the go-to destination for London foodies."
Sam Bompas, co-founder of Bompas & Parr said: "Launching in June, the installation will be the culmination of nine years of work for Bompas & Parr.
"We set up the company in 2007 with the explicit aim of having a jelly stall, but we totally failed, until now. This collaboration with Harrods will realise our original dream, to have the world’s best jelly stall."
Bompas & Parr recently hosted a masterclass with Chartreuse, on the spirit's history.
