Havas Media wins Ubisoft media account

The deal, valued at $25 million, spans 17 European countries as well as Australia

Havas Media on Wednesday announced it has been named media agency for game developer Ubisoft across 17 countries in Europe as well as Australia. Havas takes over the business from Maxus.

The deal, valued at $25 million, includes the management and central coordination of all of Ubisoft's central and local media activation.

Ubisoft, based in France, is known for developing and publishing video games including "Assassin’s Creed," "Splinter Cell," "Far Cry" and "Rainbow Six."
