The title, which was acquired by Haymarket in January, will have a more modern look, better photography and new sections, including "Eve Psyche".
The changes will be effective from the July issue.
Sara Cremer, the editor of Eve, said: "It's about making it look as good as it is. Eve had a radical revamp three years ago and this redesign will just give it an extra push to take it up another level."
In April, Eve appointed Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw and M2M to create an advertising campaign, which is due to run later this year.
In the last Audit Bureau of Circulation figures, Eve recorded its fourth consecutive double-digit percentage growth. It was up 12.5 per cent year on year to 160,210.
