HOTLINE: Agencies on shortlist for Lloyds TSB account

Saatchi & Saatchi, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe /Y&R, TBWA/London

and Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO are on the shortlist for the £18

million Lloyds TSB above-the-line account. Saatchis is the incumbent

agency having picked up the combined account following the merger of

Lloyds and TSB in 1998.
