HOTLINE: Appointment at Soup

Ian Thomas, a creative partner at Grey Desire, the relationship marketing specialist closed by its Grey Worldwide parent, is joining the direct response specialist Soup as the creative director. The agency was formed last year through the merger of the London concern, Capon Kirchner Balmforth Trendall, with the Bradford-based below-the-line company Richardson Pailin %26 Fallows.
