Bartle Bogle Hegarty has promoted Jon Peppiatt, its resource director, to the role of deputy chairman. In his new role, he will oversee the agency's new-business department as well as continuing to run its commercial department. At the same time, Heather Alderson has become the agency's commercial strategy director.
