HOTLINE: Cheetham Bell JWT has been appointed

Manchester's Cheetham Bell JWT has been appointed to handle the

creative assignment on a £1 million campaign to raise the profile

of United Utilities as the north west's water provider. The agency,

which won the business in a two-way pitch, is also working with the

company to maximise its sponsorship of next year's Commonwealth Games.

MediaCom North will handle the media buying.
