Cheil Communications, the Korean-based agency network, has hired Saul Pearce, a former group managing director at Grey Worldwide London, to be the client services director of its European operation. Cheil is a Samsung subsidiary and Pearce has been briefed to build a full-service offering for the electronics giant across the continent.
