HOTLINE: COI Communications calls a pitch for drug awareness campaign

COI Communications has called a pitch for a four-year campaign to raise awareness among young people of the dangers of class-A drugs. St Luke's and Manning Gottlieb OMD, Mother and PHD, Fallon and MediaVest, Delaney Lund Knox Warren %26 Partners and Naked will contest the creative and media briefs. The first-year spend is £3 million.
