HOTLINE: Communications Agencies Federation appoints Matthew Hooper

The Interfocus chairman and MCCA president, Matthew Hooper, has been appointed as the first president of the new Communications Agencies Federation. The IPA's director-general, Hamish Pringle, will be the secretary. The body was established by the IPA, the MCCA and the Pubic Relations Consultants Association, to co-ordinate the work of the trade bodies more closely.
