Hotline: Debenhams puts its creative account up for review

Debenhams, the department-store chain that has put its £16.5 million creative account up for review, is considering an X-Factor style modelling competition among customers. The concept has been suggested by its incumbent agency, WCRS, and Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy. Both have pitched for the account alongside Delaney Lund Knox Warren & Partners and Clemmow Hornby Inge.
