Hotline: Dell reviews its direct marketing account

Dell is reviewing its pan-European direct marketing account, held by WWAV Rapp Collins. The PC manufacturer has invited agencies to take part in an online auction. The winner will handle high-volume DM campaigns using door-drops, inserts and online.
