HOTLINE: Ian Twinn taking eight months' leave from ISBA

Ian Twinn, ISBA's director of public affairs, is taking eight months' leave from the organisation to become a member of the European Parliament until the election in June 2004. Twinn, a former Tory MP, will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the MEP Nicholas Bethell for health reasons.
