Lycamobile, the mobile virtual network operator, is looking for an agency to handle the advertising for a new roaming service that it is launching in Europe.
Earlier this year, the operator launched Toggle Mobile in the Netherlands, which enables customers to avoid expensive data roaming and voicemail charges when travelling abroad.
