Maxell Europe, the video, audio and computer data storage products company, is approaching agencies to pitch for a pan-European advertising task. Maxell is famous for its Cannes Grand Prix-winning 1990 campaign spoofing the Desmond Dekker Israelites track. The client split with HHCL & Partners in 1993 - the account has been dormant since then.
