HOTLINE: Rapier develops first television advertising for Npower

Rapier has developed its first television advertising for Npower. The agency is repositioning the utility company with a new strapline, "Are you Npowered?", as part of a campaign which will break on 9 September. However, TBWA/London, which usually handles Npower's brand work, is also developing a new campaign for Npower.
