Hotline: Royal Navy calls for review of creative and media accounts

The Royal Navy has called a review of its £3.5 million creative and media accounts, held by Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R and Mediaedge:cia respectively. The incumbents will team up against WCRS and Carat; Clemmow Hornby Inge and Naked; and DFGW and Universal McCann.
