Hotline: Samsung to delay announcement of pitch result

Samsung, the Korean electrical goods manufacturer, is expected to delay the announcement of the result of its global £400 million pitch until January. WPP and Publicis have been battling for the business since February. The delay is the result of the departure of Eric Kim, Samsung's head of global marketing last month. His successor, Gregory Lee, formally takes up his new job in January.
