Hotline: UKOM joins up with The Nielsen Company

UKOM, the UK online measurement company, has joined up with The Nielsen Company to devise an online audience planning system, to allow advertisers and agencies to create online campaigns targeting specific audience types.

The Audience Planning System, which is set to launch in January 2010, will be similar to the industry-approved TV (Barb), radio (Rajar) and print media (NRS) audience systems.
