Kelvin MacKenzie, the chief executive of The Wireless Group, is to instruct his lawyers to begin legal proceedings against the radio measurement body Rajar. Reporting profits of £600,000 for The Wireless Group, MacKenzie argued that Rajar's refusal to adopt electronic measurement was costing his business £10 million a year in advertising revenues.
