A High Court judge has rejected an application for a judicial review of a decision by the Advertising Standards Authority to ban advertising by a manufacturer of vitamin-based dietary supplements, that claimed the products could prevent heart disease and high blood pressure. Matthias Rath had earlier failed in its legal bid to prevent the ASA publishing its adjudication.
