Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO has been picked as lead agency for the pounds 30 million global launch of Genie, the mobile internet operation of BT Openworld. Genie is already on test in the UK, where an estimated pounds 10 million of the budget will be spent, and is running in Holland, Italy and Germany, where it has more than 2.4 million registered users.
