HSBC "a living river" by J Walter Thompson

HSBC has turned the 194-metre sky bridge at Gatwick Airport into a sound installation mimicking China's Yangtze river as part of a conservation campaign with the WWF.

The work, created by J Walter Thompson London, enables travellers to hear the Yangtze as they cross the bridge, with the sounds changing to reflect the weather in China. JWT Live, the agency’s experiential department, and the sound designer Nick Ryan contributed to the installation. It was created by Tom O'Donnell.
