Hurrell and Dawson nets St Pancras job

Hurrell and Dawson has won the multimillion-pound contract to promote St Pancras station as the new home of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, following a competitive pitch.

London & Continental Stations & Property, the company behind St Pancras' £800 million restoration, has commissioned the agency to launch a campaign on 14 November - the date Eurostar moves from Waterloo to St Pancras.

The advertising will position St Pancras International as Europe's finest station, under the banner "Europe's Destination Station".

Hurrell and Dawson has also been briefed to create live events, online advertising and media partnerships.

"The launch of St Pancras International will be a galvanising event in the lives of Londoners," Nick Hurrell, the agency's founding partner, said. Media planning and buying has been awarded to Walker Media.
