Cranna’s background in retail serves him well – he understands customers and what they want, and the innovations he has backed at Starbucks have a surface simplicity that belies their complexity. A case in point is the recent launch of Mobile Order & Pay in more than 150 London Starbucks, one of Cranna’s personal highlights. Cranna is a team player, and says he is most proud career-wise of the "network of talented marketers around the world that I have had the privilege to work with". He is also a social-media junkie with a social conscience that extends into Starbucks’ work in communities.
