The firm, which supplies Glastonbury, has set up an online competition to help new festivals get off the ground.

ID&C marketing manager Craig Bennett said: "We’ve worked with festivals for more than 18 years and understand the effort and difficulties faced to get an idea off the ground. It’s becoming increasingly difficult for smaller festivals to survive, which is why we decided to help out."

Last year ID&C donated a security wristband pack to the 2,500-capacity LeeFest in South East London. It’s founder Lee Denny said: "Having the support of a major player can make all the difference to an emerging festival and what it can achieve. They certainly helped us achieve a lot of our ideas and visions last year."

The competition winner will be announced on 1 May. To enter, visit
