
IDS UK aided Nicorette in their plight to increase brand awareness, drive sales over 3 months and sustain uplift over following months. In order to achieve this, branded leaflets were displayed in over 5000 GP surgery waiting rooms nationwide. As a means to obtain data, the pharmacies closest to these sites were isolated and a control group created to allow EPOS data comparison.
Resulting from this national campaign, Nicorette saw a positive financial impact and a strong ROI. It was also found that the leaflet displays had the most significant impact during the peak smoking cessation period but uplifts were also seen consistently in the longer term.
