IHOP hires Kirshenbaum to $20m account

- IHOP, which operates the International House of Pancakes chain of restaurants, has awarded its $20 million (£12 million) creative advertising account to Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners.

The agency won the business following a competitive pitch against a number of unnamed agencies. The account was previously handled by Bozell Worldwide.

The new agency has been tasked with broadening IHOP's brand. It will create television and poster advertising as well as handling in-store activities.
