Incepta Group 'remains strong' into next year

Communications and marketing company Incepta Group has confirmed it bought London-based Red Consultancy and New York company Broad Street.

Communications and marketing company Incepta Group has confirmed it bought London-based Red Consultancy and New York company Broad Street.

Incepta has bought Red for £12m, which will remain in its current form. Broad Street was bought for $18.5m, and will be rebranded Citigate Broad Street along with Incepta's London-based marketing services agency Yellow Line.

Chief executive David Wright said trading for the year to February 2001 was in line with market expectations, and added demand for services had "remained strong" in the final quarter.
