Infinity Productions signs Moo-Young to its directors' roster

Infinity Productions has signed the young director China Moo-Young to its roster to work on a variety of advertising projects.

Since graduating from Bristol University in 1998, with a first in Film and Drama, 25-year-old Moo-Young has worked as a film and picture researcher for a number of London ad directors.

The founder of Infinity, Mark Stothert, said: "China is young, enthusiastic and very visual. I was attracted to her reel because of its freshness and innocence. She works well with actors and gets the best out of them and will be a bonus to our roster."

Her ad directing debut occurred while freelancing for a number of London production companies as a researcher. Working virtually as an independent she was approached to direct a spot for Prudential, through WCRS.

Her most recent work was "home" for Fiat through Arc, the below-the-line sister of Leo Burnett. This was her first work through Infinity.

Moo-Young commented: "I am thrilled at being hired. It is what I have been working towards for the past year. Mark is a fantastic producer and I am glad to be working with him."
