Initiative Media is to boost its staff numbers by almost a quarter after winning the PSA Peugeot-Citroen media pitch this week. The media shop is preparing to move to larger offices in Victoria, soon to be vacated by Ammirati Puris Lintas.

after winning the PSA Peugeot-Citroen media pitch this week. The media

shop is preparing to move to larger offices in Victoria, soon to be

vacated by Ammirati Puris Lintas.



Initiative scooped the pounds 90 million business on Monday after a

five-way pitch (Campaign, 25 April). The appointment of a press buying

director is a priority for Initiative.



The incumbent, Mediapolis, has said that it has no plans for any

redundancies and has already begun an aggressive new-business drive. Its

chief executive, Bob Offen, said: ’We’ve already been invited to two

separate media pitches so far this week.’
