Hari Wilkes will head up the department as head of logistics. She has worked with the agency on a freelance basis since 2012 and has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry.

She is joined by logistics director Jo Morgan, senior logistics manager Silvia Harriman and logistics coordinator Lauren Hyder.

The team will complement the agency’s existing production, creative, digital, technical, finance and operations divisions, and the new divison also aims to provide a stand-alone offering.

Wilkes said: "Bringing this service more closely in-house is just a natural evolution for Innovision, providing some real focus in what is an exciting and growing area for us. We have a number of large-scale logistics-focused events in the pipeline and I can’t wait to work alongside such a talented team in continuing to deliver real value for our clients."

Claudia Douglass, co-founder and managing director at Innovision, added: "Hari really, really cares about our customers. I love working with her - she never forgets who her audience is and builds brilliant and simple solutions that feel great."

In April, Innovision recruited Mona Mohtadi as its new operations director from Itch.
