Inside Peroni's Italian-themed Somerset House takeover

Italian beer brand Peroni has partnered with Somerset House to stage a takeover of the venue's terrace for six months.


The Somerset House Terrace, presented by Peroni Ambra, marks the launch of Peroni Ambra, which combines Peroni and the sharpness of Italian Chinotto – a rare and authentically Italian citrus fruit, grown and harvested in the region of Liguria, North West Italy. 

The space aims to re-create the rural Chinotto orchard of North West Italy. A bespoke cicchetti menu is on offer, as well as bottles of Peroni Ambra and Peroni Ambra-infused cocktails created by mixologist Simone Caporale.

The open-air, riverside terrace, which launched on 1 April, is open until the end of September.

In March, Peroni unveiled an art-themed experience that used VR technology in London's Soho. Last year the brand hosted a pop-up in London for six weeks at venue Proud East.
