Inspiring the Future "No more female professionals" by MullenLowe

Inspiring the Future, the initiative run by national charity Education and Employers, is back with another campaign to inspire children to be whatever they want.

The ad, again created by MullenLowe, asks society to drop the "female" tag and shows how the language people use contributes to unconscious bias. From builders and soldiers to surgeons and CEOs, the thought-provoking film makes the point that people should be judged on their skills rather than applying a gender label. It was created by Nina Griffiths and Charlotte Robins and directed by Zak Razvi through Furlined.
