MEDIA ASSETS



Television The flagship advertising-supported brand, TV3, has five

separate satellite-delivered channels targeting Sweden, Denmark, Norway,

Lithuania and Estonia. Niche channels include 3+ in Denmark and the

music channel, ZTV, in both Sweden and Lithuania. Pan-regional pay-TV

channels include TV1000, TV1000 Cinema and TV6. These are supported by

the ViaSat subscription management operation, which markets packages

including channels from the major international media owners, including

CNN, Eurosport, MTV and Sky.



The group also has a 23 per cent stake in the leading Swedish commercial

channel, TV4.



Programme production and facilities Spice/Sonet, one of Sweden’s largest

film producers; Strix, which produces peaktime shows for Swedish

television channels; SDI, the region’s leading company specialising in

subtitling and dubbing.



Radio Radio Rix, Sweden’s largest commercial network. Also owns P4 in

Norway.



Publishing Three Metro freesheet operations - Stockholm, Gothenburg,

Prague. Budapest title planned for this summer, others to follow.

Controlling interest in Swedish financial daily, Finans Tidningen.



Electronic retail TV Shop Europe, Europe’s leading home shopping

specialist, which sells via infomercials, DRTV and Internet sites. Also

owns a stake in the Paris-based Home Shopping Service.
