Dickens joins the agency from Wunderman, where he held the position of art director.

Walker was previously a creative director at XYZ Networks, an Australian television broadcaster.

The pair will report to Grant Hunter, the creative director of Iris London.

In addition, Iris has also appointed Dave Jennings, the creative director at Nitro, as its new head of copy, and Chas Bayfield, a senior creative at the Engine Group, as a senior writer.

Jennings, who was responsible for last year's Campaign gold award-winning Nike campaign "Put it where you want it", will be responsible for clients including Adidas, Polar, Sony and Coca-Cola.

Bayfield will take up the role of senior writer across Iris' FMCG accounts, as well as its COI business. He has previously worked on brands including Birdseye and Pot Noodle, and was the writer of the famous "St George" commercial for Blackcurrant Tango.

Hunter said: "This influx of creative experience, married with our non-traditional approach, will only serve to strengthen our creative potency."
