ITC and Oftel issue joint consultation document on bundling

- The Independent Television Commission has issued a joint consultation document with the telecoms watchdog, Oftel, on the bundling of television and telephony services by cable operators. Two alleged practices are being investigated to see if they are anti-competitive: refusal to supply either TV or telephony separately, and offering either service at less than the costs directly attributable to it.
