Jack in the Box’s new Super Bowl ad promises "life, liberty, and the pursuit of flavor" for consumers sampling the chain's Double Jack burger unveiled in January.
The fast-food chain released an extended 60-second promo of the Super Bowl clip online Thursday, which shows the chain’s mascot Jack spoofing the Founding Fathers as they reach American shores with boats full of their new burgers to share with all.
A 30-second version, called "Declaration of Delicious," will air in 21 states across the country sometime between the second or third quarter of the Super Bowl on Sunday — depending on time zones — and is the second big game ad from Jack in the Box and AOR David&Goliath. The fast food chain and agency produced their "Legendary" spot, which aired regionally during Super Bowl 49 last year.
"Declarations of Delicious" is part of a larger campaign from Jack in the Box to promote its brand and new burgers this year, and will include additional television, digital and radio content, and a social media push.
David&Goliath has another Super Bowl ad broadcasting during the third quarter of Sunday’s game, Kia’s 2016 Optima spot starring actor Christopher Walken.
