Jellyfish to handle search drive for Haymarket consumer titles

LONDON - Haymarket Consumer Media has appointed digital agency Jellyfish to handle subscriber acquisition across magazines including Stuff and F1 Racing through pay-per-click leads.

The aim is to drive annual subscriptions, trial offers and gifts by linking people from paid search ads to dedicated campaign sites, also being built and run by Jellyfish.

Future activity will cover motoring titles F1 Racing, What Car?, Autosport and Autocar, and Jellyfish has just launched campaign sites for gadget magazine Stuff and classical music monthly Gramophone.

The business was awarded to Jellyfish on the strength of its past work for Haymarket's football monthly FourFourTwo.

Greg Roberts, business development manager at Jellyfish, said: "Each title will have a bespoke Jellyfish campaign site optimised for PPC traffic, through which we aim to drive incremental subscription volumes on a CPA basis."

Helen Trounce, direct marketing manager, Haymarket Consumer Media, said: "We intend our new Jellyfish sites to play a major part in our 2010 lead generation, and are excited about seeing the levels to which Jellyfish can increase new acquisitions for our business.

Haymarket Consumer Media is part of Haymarket Media, the owner of Brand Republic.
