This year has been a big one for arch-networker Tilling as Yum! promoted her to a global role in September. As chief marketing officer with an international remit (which includes the UK business), Tilling will be based in Dallas, Texas.
In the UK, she has been behind KFC’s strategy for greater transparency in terms of the quality and origin of its chickens, as well as increasing its digital presence and sponsorship of programmes on E4.
David Timm succeeds her as UK and Ireland marketing chief. Meanwhile, Tilling’s Air Miles will go through the roof as her lifestyle becomes distinctly jet-set – she will remain president of WACL.
