Jenny Craig retains creative agency but moves media

- Carat's Los Angeles office has prised the US media buying account for the weight-loss chain, Jenny Craig, out of the incumbent agency, Western International Media.

The £24 million ($40 million) media account was up for grabs as part of a three month long full-service review process, which has ended with Jenny Craig's creative agency of record, Suissa Miller, retaining its side of the business.

The Los Angeles based agency holds onto the account following a three way pitch, where it went up against Richards Group, Dallas, and WongDoody, Santa Monica.
