Jewellery, adland-style

The latest set of entrepreneurs to come out of an agency are two former account execs from DDB, who have set up a jewellery company.

Zoe Hinckley and Catherine Barr have launched Rocked, a company that "brings the work of talented, independent jewellery designers to a discerning clientele". A nice idea, but they might want to rethink their PR strategy. Their press release boasts that, to announce their launch, they will be sending packages to client prospects in the City that will include beautifully wrapped jewellery boxes "with absolutely nothing inside". Let's just say Diary hopes its box isn't empty.
