Formerly the creative director at Ogilvy, Johnson will develop innovative campaigns for Procter & Gamble’s Vicks global brand.
Rob Feakins, the president and chief creative officer of Publicis New York, said: "I love that Joe has a truly integrated approach and I love his passion for the work."
Joe has won awards on a wide range of accounts. And, not just those that are in categories where you should win.
Johnson started at Ogilvy in 1986 as part of a team that incorporated traditional, direct and digital expertise into the agency’s first integrated creative group.
He worked on campaigns for clients including American Express and the New York Mets.
At Publicis, Johnson will create work on the Vicks global account.
