Primary schoolchildren put on an epic and surprising performance of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody in the first joint ad from John Lewis and Waitrose.
The ad is part of a wider marketing campaign to explain the rebranding of the two brands to John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose & Partners. It will run on TV and in cinemas, including during trailers for the 20th Century Fox film about Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody. Dougal Wilson, who has directed many of John Lewis’ popular ads in the past, returned to direct this one. It was created by Tim Vance and Paul Knott at Adam & Eve/DDB.
