The move consolidates all of the company's consumer products advertising into the WPP Group. In the UK, the decision means the return of the famous Andrex puppy to the agency which created it. But for the incumbent on the UK business, the newly merged Banks Hoggins O'Shea/FCB, the loss of the £9 million business is a body blow.
