Karmarama beat FCB Inferno, Fold7 and Mother to become AO.com’s lead creative agency across Europe. VCCP was also involved earlier in the review, which was run by AAR, but withdrew before pitching. BMB previously handled the ad account.
AO.com has tasked Karmarama with creating a brand platform across broadcast and digital channels.
