Keegan and Stubbs front campaign for Top Up TV's ESPN push

LONDON - Kevin Keegan and Ray Stubbs are starring as barber and customer in a new viral campaign to promote the sports coverage from ESPN being made available via Top Up TV.

The viral, created by digital agency Bruce Dunlop & Associates, sees ESPN presenter Ray Stubbs enter Keegan's barbershop for a haircut.

When the former Liverpool player asks Stubbs as to how he wants his hair styled, Stubbs replies "surprise me".

Keegan surprises Stubbs by giving him a perm, the haircut that he sported himself in the 70s.

His other surprise for the presenter is the news that ESPN is now available via Freeview, thanks to Top Up TV, and will be the home to sporting events including Premier League football and Guinness Premiership rugby.

The 90-second spot breaks today, and will be available on YouTube, the Top Up TV website and other social media destinations.

James Moody, the head of strategy at BDA, said: "Kevin and Ray are a great presenting team on ESPN. They are also very funny together, perfect for bringing the combination of ESPN, premium sport and Top Up TV to football fans everywhere''.
